Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler is an avid critic of films that are Z-graded that are mostly of the horror and martial arts types. Her style and method are very similar to The Cinema Snob. However she is more inclined to watch silly action flicks and has a fascination with the morbid. Her first review was in late 2009 after becoming famous in their forum. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa) She was then invited to join on the Channel Awesome team. She remained on the site until the beginning of 2015 in the year that Obscurus Lupa Presents was revamped to Movie Nights. There are two podcasts she hosts on the channel. Both cover the Charmed series and are co-hosted by Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. It reviews horrendous films aimed at children, RiffTrax and live shows. There are also times when it features adult humor. The first time she reviewed movies was in 2009. When she gained acclaim on Channel Awesome forums, she was invited into the Reviewer group.
